Comunidad Social Impact Housing Fund I

We are thrilled to invite accredited investors to evaluate an offering for the Comunidad Social Impact Housing Fund. Please submit answers to the questionnaire below so we can evaluate your qualifications and interest. Minimum Commitment is $250,000 to be spread over 2-3 years of investments. Capital will be requested / called from investors at certain intervals over the 2-3 year investment window. Definitions: Accredited Investors are investors that have a net worth of at least $1,000,000, excluding the value of your primary residence, or have income of at least $200,000 each year for the last 2 years (or $300,000 combined if married) and have an expectation to make the same amount this year. Qualified Purchaser is an individual, trust, or company not formed for the express purpose of investing in the Fund that owns more than $5 million in investments.
